Welcome to the FIRE Real Estate Mentorship Program by Coach John & Joy. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline your rights, responsibilities, and the expectations we have for all members. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge, support, and community needed to achieve financial independence through real estate investing. Terms and Conditions of the Mentorship Program
Purpose of the Mentorship Program
The goal of this mentorship program is to support the mentee(s) in achieving financial independence and preparing for a secure retirement through strategic real estate investing. The guidance provided will specifically focus on single-family and small multifamily housing investments and is not meant to cover every possible aspect of real estate investing.
Program Duration
The mentorship program will run for 6 to 12 months, with an option to extend if both parties agree that value is still being received.

Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Program Fees
- A one-time initial engagement fee of $500, payable at the time of enrollment.
- A recurring monthly payment of $500 covers up to two participants (spouse or business partner). The first payment is due upon enrollment, with subsequent payments billed on the same date each month.

Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice if they believe the mentorship is no longer productive or if the terms are not being met.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality.
The mentors will not share the mentee’s
personal or financial information, and the mentee(s) will not distribute any proprietary resources or materials to individuals not currently active in the program.
